When I open a Virtual Secure Boot, TPM, and HVCI image in icafe8 version 9.3, I get a devscan64.sys error when I open Fortnite. The same problem occurs even when the file is certificate-signed. Even if I replace the existing file on the server, move it to C:\Windows, or place it in C:\Windows\System32\Drivers, I still encounter the same error. Can anyone tell me the trick to this or help me?

Thank you for your interest. The HVCI image can be opened without any problems. However, when Virtual Secureboot+tpm+hvci is enabled, Fortnite still fails to boot and gives a devscan64.sys error. If you can access it while these are enabled, could you please RAR the entire "c:\Program Files\icafe8\diskless\pnp" folder and paste it here so we can try.

HVCI is an additional security feature for windows while fornite does not need to open hvci to play, don't make it difficult for yourself...

Yes I know Fortinite Doesn't need. But I want Always on for Valortant. Some Account need HVCI then the problem was come When I open. I don't want to keep making adjustments, whether the HVCI is on or not, depending on the customer's game. Kubingaming has made the HVCI on, but is there anyone else who knows about this besides him?

HVCI of icafe is just virtual, why don't you turn it off in icafe, turn it on on windows using regedit
To enable Hypervisor-Enforced Code Integrity (HVCI), also known as Memory Integrity, using the Registry Editor, follow these steps:

Important Precautions

Backup your registry:
Modifying the registry incorrectly can cause serious problems. It is highly recommended to back up the Windows registry before proceeding.

Administrative privileges: You must be signed in with an administrator account.

Steps to Enable HVCI with Regedit

Open the Registry Editor:

Press the Windows key + R to open the Run dialog box.

Type regedit and press Enter.

Click Yes when prompted by User Account Control (UAC).

Navigate to the correct key:

In the Registry Editor, use the left-hand pane to navigate to the following path (you can also copy and paste the path into the address bar at the top):
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\DeviceGuard\Scenarios\HypervisorEnforcedCodeIntegrity

If the HypervisorEnforcedCodeIntegrity key does not exist:

Right-click on the Scenarios key.

Select New > Key.

Name the new key HypervisorEnforcedCodeIntegrity.

Modify or create the "Enabled" value:

In the right-hand pane, look for a DWORD (32-bit) value named Enabled.

If it exists: Double-click on it.

If it does not exist:

Right-click in the blank space of the right-hand pane.

Select New > DWORD (32-bit) Value.

Name it Enabled.

Set the Value data:

Double-click the Enabled DWORD (32-bit) Value.

In the Value data field, type 1 to enable HVCI.

Click OK.

Restart your computer:

Close the Registry Editor and restart your PC for the changes to take effect.

After restarting, HVCI (Memory Integrity) should be enabled. You can verify this in the Windows Security app under Device security > Core isolation > Memory integrity. The setting may show a message "This setting is managed by your administrator".

Note: The process might fail if there are incompatible drivers on your system. Windows Security will typically list these drivers if this occurs, and you may need to update or remove them to successfully enable the feature.

Can you share icafe 9300?

The information you provided is helpful and familiar. Thank you for your help. However, while the disk is on, I can manually open the HPC in Windows. When I image the disk and boot it in iCafe, it falls into Active but Not Working Mode. Even if I manually enable device Gaurd with UEFI locking in Gpedit, it doesn't work. I suspect there's an incompatibility with iCafe8's Diskless driver files. (Note: Windows 11 is I try. No want Win10)
